Spring is definitely in the air! I'm in VT and I am waving goodbye to all the snow melting away.

I did a little Spring cleaning (FitSugar's suggestion) and then my honey said "You wanna go for a run?" At first I was like "no way, it's freezing out" (I was still in winter mode), but when I stepped outside, the sun was shining and I couldn't get my sports bra on fast enough.

Ever since I got engaged, I've been trying to exercise 5 times a week (nothing huge, (a little cardio and some yoga). I'm getting ready to try on those wedding gowns!

I thought we could swap fitness tips and motivate each other to be healthy and stay in shape. I want to look amazing on my wedding day, and even though it's going to be in 2008, it's never to early to start.

By the way, does anyone know how far in advance you need to order your wedding dress?
