not at all tacky... super gorgeous and a totally inspired choice. Who says everyone has to marry in white! A friend of mine got married for the first time around at the mere age of 19 and had a burgundy two tone wedding dress, she loves that colour and she looked fabulous!

Had to register to comment on this. I am going to have a wedding at a sportsmen's club which is a log building (it's so pretty). Plus they have a shelter outside which I think we'll have the reception. Anyway, I've been googling country wedding stuff and stumbled upon this picture.

I just ADORE this dress!!! I never thought of having denim in my wedding dress but I think it is perfect for what type of wedding I want. I want it more casual, but not too casual. For instance I'd like the guests in khakis or dress pants, but not jeans, but I also don't want them all gussies up formal like either.

I've been showing this picture around to everyone I know saying "this is what I want!" But now I definitely know I want a denim corset and then I will work around that. Thanks so much for the idea!
