I'm attending a wedding shower with a 'round-the-clock' theme, meaning that each guest is assigned a time of day that their gift should match up to. My time is 2pm. Does anyone have any ideas as to what kind of gift in the $50 range might suit 2pm? I'm going crazy trying to figure this one out...

If she likes wine, you could get some glasses on the registry and some nice wine. That would be my ideal 2 o'clock! Or maybe an afternoon fun pack that includes some candy, popcorn and a movie or rental gift certificate for her and her husband to watch, you could see if she has a nice bowl she's asked for you could package it up in. All of the above would be great to detox from too much wedding planning for them both.

I think at the last one that I attended, the 2:00 person picked up some tea/coffee items from the bride's registry (mugs, a teapot, etc.).

3I don't know if you like the idea of giving an actual gift as opposed to a gift certificate, but I would love getting a gift certificate to a spa for a massage or facial or something like that -- I cannot possibly think of a better way to spend my afternoon (come to think of it, I hope someone gets me something like that for my shower!).
