tiff58 They are actually pretty easy to make, you just cut sheet cakes into squares, then put them on a wire rack and cover them with poured fondant(the excess drips of under the rack), then you cut the bows out of rolled fondant.

I was just at a wedding show a few weeks ago (it was taking place at a mall I was shopping at, so why not look around?) and they had those individual cakes for display. They were ADORABLE! Plus- I love the idea!! Now your guests don't have to worry about waiting forever to get a thin little sliver not even big enough to pass as a sheet of paper...they have their own right there to indulge themselves with while YOU enjoy YOURS-- good for the guests..and good for you (since you get the biggest one)
